Delivery

Jackie Roberts Saddlery uses the services of Royal Mail, UK Mail and Fedex to deliver our products to you.
Cost of each delivery is £4.95 up to the value of £85.00 UK Mainland only excluding vat, over £85.00 UK Mainland only postage will be paid by ourselves.

Notes.
1. Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery,UK Mail.  We cannot guarantee next working day delivery.
2. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative Couriers.
3. Saturday deliveries are at the descretion of the couriers.
4. IMPORTANT. In signing for a delivery you are excepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
5. If goods are returned to Jackie Roberts Saddlery because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non refundable. We reserve the right  to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
6. Missing or delayed items. Please note that we need to wait 15 working days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
7. Arrrival times are estimates. Please note that delivery may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupts postal or carrier services.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We aim to to deliver your order asap, subject to stock availability. In the event of you ordered products being out of stock, we endeavour to despatch your full order to you within 5 working days.
If a product within your order is not available, we reserve the right to retain other products ordered untill the order can be 100% fullfilled. You may request a part delivery by emailing us, but please note extra delivery costs may apply.

DELAYED / LOST DELIVERY
If you have not received you order after 15 working days of despatch, you must advise our customer services of the delay or loss.
1. We will email you a non delivery declaration form, which you need to complete and return.
2. The declaration form will be sent to the email address supplied with the original order.
3. On receipt of the non declaration form, a refund or replacement of your goods will be actioned.

ORDER TRACKING
When you purchase online, we will send you a confirmation to the email address supplied, informing you that we have received your order.

We will also send you a confirmation email when your order has been despatched.
